SEQUENCING

We operate a state-of-the-art Element Biosciences AVITI sequencer, which is capable of analyzing any Illumina prepped sequencing sample/library at a significantly lower cost and at significantly higher quality (easily reaching Q40 and Q50 scores) and number of reads (up to 1 billion/flow cell). Depending on need we run one or two flow cells simultaneously and/or independently.

For Quality and Quantity control we take qPCR, QuBit and Agilent TapeStation measurements. If you are interested in running single cell, dual or bulk RNA-Seq, Tn-Seq, Whole Genome Sequencing, ChIP-Seq, CRISPRi-Seq or for that matter any other approach please contact the lab through the form below.

SAMPLE | LIBRARY PREP

There are lots of service options. We can simply execute a dedicated run just for you or you can submit a single sample and share a run with others. However, for many applications including Tn-Seq, single cell and bulk RNA-Seq, we can prepare the entire sequencing sample/library for you, and all for a very competitive/affordable price! BIOINFORMATICS

Moreover, we run our in-house developed Cloud Services Bioinformatics Analysis platform named ‘Aerobio’, which takes care of most of your bioinformatics needs. PRICING

Pricing depends a bit on what you want, whether you are internal to BCH/Harvard Medical School, external Academic or Industry associated. For internal users the lowest price for a full sequencing ‘low-output’ run starts at $1346 (2x75bp @ 100,000,000 ‘reads’), sample prep starts at $150/sample, analysis at $1000.
